Auction FAQs

What is the auction?

The annual Cedar Park Auction is a semi-formal gala event that begins with a silent auction and is then followed by a seated dinner and live auction.  This year our auction will be held at the Meydenbauer Center in Bellevue and our 2009 theme is
An Evening in Paris.

Where do the auction proceeds go?

As our enrollment continues to increase, expansion of school facilities and programs are critical in helping us provide the best possible education for students.   The proceeds from the auction help support many of our programs such as computer labs, drama teams, library, music, and the athletics.  Without your generous donations, these programs would require a substantial tuition increase. Your participation in the auction allows CPCS to maintain a lower tuition rate as well as offer extra curricular activities at a reasonable cost.

How can I make a donation or purchase advertising in the auction catalog?

All contributions are most welcome.  You may donate items to the auction by completing a procurement form.  The completed forms and items can be taken to either the elementary or high school office.  You may contribute monetarily as well by writing a check payable to Cedar Park Christian School and attaching it to a procurement form.

If you would like to place an ad in our auction catalog, please print out the procurement form under auction forms, complete it, and mail it, along with your ad & a check payable to CPCS to the address indicated or drop off in any school office.

In addition to donating items or purchasing ad space, you can help make the auction a success by donating some of your time. We need lots of people to help in some way. We have jobs large and small. If you would like to find out how you can help, attend an auction meeting or call Julie Batson at 425-481-3661.

Who attends the auction?

Cedar Park parents, grandparents, family, friends, neighbors, anyone interested in supporting Cedar Park Christian School.  It’s a fun night filled with good food, good friends and great shopping!

Is childcare available?

Yes!  We have a list of Cedar Park students that are willing to babysit your little ones at your home free of charge.  Contact Julie Batson at 425-481-3661 for more details.
