2011 Middle School Boy’s Basketball Try-Out Information

The season’s first practice will be held on Monday, October 31st. Athletes need to wear appropriate attire & bring a water bottle. Physical forms, student-athlete handbook forms, and concussion information forms must be turned in to the Athletic Ministry Office before the athlete is eligible to practice. All forms are available on our web site or in the High School Office and need to be returned to the Athletic Ministry Office at least one week prior to the first practice.  Our Sports Information Night will be held on Monday, October 24th, 7:00 in the high school library.  The athletic fee is $75.00 for all four teams, (Varsity, JV, C-Team, Blue Team. This is a non-refundable fee once players have participated in the first practice.
