The annual High School Retreat begins Wednesday, Sept. 22ndth as the seniors leave for camp. Grades 9-11 leave campus on Thursday. The cost for seniors is $99 per student and $75 for grades 9-11. This will be automatically charged to your account. I have personally attended this retreat for the last five years and absolutely love the chance to see young men and women transformed by God’s grace and majesty coming alive in their lives. It is my prayer that your child will view this retreat as an opportunity to connect with the Lord. This event is a vital component for our high school students and staff to start off the year worshiping the Lord and coming together as a high school.
All seniors need to be here in the school no later than 7:45am on Wednesday, Sept. 22nd (7:45am for grades 9-11 on Thursday, September 23rd) so we can get their luggage and bedding loaded for the trip. Students should report to the gym upon arrival at school. We will depart between 8:30am and 9:00am for Cedar Springs Christian Camp in
Please take note of the Authorization for Administration of Oral Medication form. If your child needs to take ANY medication, this form must be attached to your medications and turned in to the Attendance Office prior to leaving for the retreat (this includes aspirin).
Everyone of our students is REQUIRED to attend the Retreat. While some may not appreciate the word “required,” it is extremely important to the integrity of the school that all of our students participate in this event. It always has a powerful impact on those attending, and serves as a time for our students to bond together under a spiritual emphasis. However, if there are extenuating circumstances that may prohibit your student's involvement, please notify me immediately. The Administration will make the final determination if the student is to be excused. I cannot emphasize enough the importance of 100% participation. If there are financial issues, again, contact me for assistance.

Both the CPCS permission form and Cedar Springs Permission form are due September 10th.
See You There,
