Alexander is currently a freshman at the University of Washington, and he is heavily involved in campus government, serving as a member of the ASUW Senate. Alexander has been elected as the vice-chair of the Publicity, Outreach, and Membership committee, and he is the Senate liaison to the Legislative Steering Committee, where he worked on and helped to finalize the official UW local and state legislative agendas. Alexander was also named “Senator of the Month” for his work during his first month as a member of the ASUW Senate. Alexander has been recently selected to attend the Emerging Leaders Retreat of UW.
In his own words, Alexander expresses his gratitude: “The Lord has blessed me so much throughout my first year of undergrad, and I am beyond grateful. Thank you also to those who helped me with my application and to those who supported me through this process. I am extremely excited for this opportunity and can’t wait to be in Europe this July!”
