Tradition of Success

CPC Athletics has a rich tradition of success on the field. In our 20+ year history we’ve won multiple individual and team state championships. In addition, many of our athletes have gone on to compete successfully at the collegiate-level. Several CPC Alumni have been named College All-American and others have continued with successful professional careers.

Although we are excited about these achievements, we don’t consider true athletic success to be measured by the scoreboard. Our hope is that CPC Athletics has an impact on each athlete long after the ball stops bouncing.

When Our Athletes...

Succeed: We remind them to be humble.
Face Adversity: We teach them to be thankful.
Lack Confidence: We train them to be courageous.
Are Upset About Their Role: We urge them to embrace their position.
Complain About the Officiating: We instruct them to submit to authority.
Are Persecuted for Their Faith: We encourage them to pray a blessing.
Argue With a Teammate: We direct them to respond with a soft answer.
Have a Conflict With Their Coach: We advise them to speak directly.
Are Self-Focused: We inspire them to serve others.
Play FOR HIM Despite Any Circumstance: We lavish them with praise.

Growing In Faith Together

Our ultimate goal is not to win a championship but to glorify Jesus Christ and help to build His Kingdom. We believe that CPC Athletics provides a fantastic avenue to create lasting relationships, work with others toward a common goal, and most importantly grow in our Christian faith.
