Dr. Jerry Eshleman serves as Head of School at Cedar Park Christian Schools, where he is passionate about helping students flourish academically, spiritually, and personally through a Christ-centered education. With more than 30 years of leadership experience in Christian education, he has led schools across the country through periods of strategic growth, academic innovation, campus expansion, and organizational transformation while remaining committed to biblical truth and the mission of Christian schooling.
Dr. Eshleman holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology, a master’s degree in School Administration and Organization, and a bachelor’s degree in Christian Education and School Administration. Throughout his career, both nationally and internationally, he has served as a teacher, university faculty, head of school, accreditation leader, consultant, and mentor to Christian school leaders around the world. His work has included leading major capital projects, developing innovative academic programs, strengthening school culture, and helping Christian schools pursue excellence with wisdom and faithful stewardship.
At the heart of Dr. Eshleman’s leadership is a simple conviction: every child is uniquely created in the image of God and deserves to be known, loved, challenged, and prepared to fulfill God’s calling on their life. He believes the strongest schools are built through a close partnership between parents, teachers, and the church, where students grow in faith, develop intellectual curiosity, cultivate Christlike character, and learn to influence the world for Christ.
Dr. Eshleman and his family are grateful to be part of the Cedar Park Christian Schools community and are excited to partner with families as together they pursue the school’s mission of developing students who love God, pursue excellence, and serve others with integrity and purpose.
