Our Mission

Cedar Park Christian Schools’ mission is to create opportunities for people to be changed by the Good News of Jesus Christ. Our hope is for students to be bold and uncompromising through upholding absolute truth, igniting academic excellence and growing in a thriving community.

Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is–his good, pleasing and perfect will.”

– Romans 12:2

Our Vision

To educationally and spiritually equip the next generation to filter culture through the following essential values:

Absolute Truth

We believe the Bible is the inerrant Word of God and is the filter through which all of life as well as academics should be viewed. (John 17:17, Proverbs 30:5)

“Sanctify them by the truth: Thy Word is Truth.” -John 17:17
“Every word of God is flawless; he is a shield to those who take refuge in him.” -Proverbs 30:5

Education is the transfer of knowledge from one generation to the next. We start with God’s word as the foundation of our educational pursuits and employ exceptional, knowledgeable teachers who are called and qualified. (Hebrews 13:21)

“(He will) equip you with everything good for doing his will, and may he work in us what is pleasing to him, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.” -Hebrews 13:21

We as the Cedar Park family partner with one another to share the weight and burden of educational and cultural formation of each student. Doing life together helps us build these servant leaders for the future. (Hebrews 10:25)

“…Not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.” -Hebrews 10:25

Spiritual Truth

Collectively, we join together through different campus activities and biblical practices to foster spiritual growth. These planned and spontaneous encounters cultivate a climate for students to grow in their faith and imitate Christ. ( 1 Timothy 4:11-16; Coloss. 1:9)

“Command and teach these things. Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity. Until I come, devote yourself to the public reading of Scripture, to preaching and to teaching. Do not neglect your gift, which was given you through prophecy when the body of elders laid their hands on you. Be diligent in these matters; give yourself wholly to them, so that everyone may see your progress. Watch your life and doctrine closely. Persevere in them, because if you do, you will save both yourself and your hearers.” -1 Timothy 4:11-16

“For this reason, since the day we heard about you, we have not stopped praying for you. We continually ask God to fill you with the knowledge of his will through all the wisdom and understanding that the Spirit gives.” -Colossians 1:9

Our Commitment

Pray First and Pray Always

Pray for us, for we are sure that we have a clear conscience, desiring to act honorably in all things. (Hebrews 13:18)

We thank our God in all of our remembrance of you,  always in every prayer; making our prayer with joy,  because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now. (Phillippians 1:3-5)

Partner With the Home

We believe parents, the local church, ministry organizations and school staff are the most important influencers of children. We are passionate about building community as a united thread to pursue the vision and mission God has given us.

We Put Our Students First

We are committed to help students succeed academically, artistically and athletically; to develop leadership skills; and to grow into a mature relationship with Jesus Christ.

Christian Faculty and Staff

Faculty and staff are our most valuable assets. We encourage people who are called to ministerial positions, with the purpose and practice of carrying out the mission of Cedar Park Church – to see lives changed by the Good News of Jesus Christ.
