Parents of Secondary Students (gr. 6 - 12) PARENT/TEACHER CONFERENCES: Students are welcome to attend conferences at the discretion of parents.  Please do not hesitate to reach out to your child's teacher well in advance of conferences should you have specific concerns that should be addressed here early in the year. You can access your child's schedule via FACTS and teacher email addresses are available on the school website under staff directory.  Campus maps to room locations will be available as you enter the HS building.  Our hope is that every family will participate in these conference days in the manner that is the best fit for the needs of your children.
Friday, November 22nd - Classroom Drop-ins-Secondary teachers will be available in their classrooms from 11:45 am - 2:45 pm for parents/students to drop-in.  An open door indicates availability and a closed door indicates a conference is in session.
Monday, November 25th - Open Gym Drop-ins-Secondary teachers will be available in the HS Gym from 11:45 am - 6:00 pm for parents/students to drop-in. This is a good alternative for parents who have minimal concerns regarding their student’s progress, but do want to ‘meet and greet’ some teachers and make personal connections.
Tuesday, November 26th - Teacher Scheduled Classroom Conferences-Parents should contact Secondary teachers in advance to request a one-on-one conference, in their classrooms, from 11:45 am - 2:45 pm.  Scheduled conference times are preferable for parents who desire a private conference or have concerns that may require more intentional time.  These slots are limited so please email teachers early to secure your conference time.
